kkriya may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before authorising withdrawals above a specified threshold. Processing of verification documents typically takes one to three business days (BST).

Unclaimed bonus offers expire according to the timeline specified on each promotion page. Bonus funds credited to an account that are not utilised within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
A bet is deemed valid and binding once a confirmation message is displayed by the kkriya platform following successful placement. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. kkriya will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in circumstances described in Section 7.3.
All odds displayed on the kkriya sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value.
